Burnsville: Preserving Family Memories & Photos ~ Getting Started
WED JUN 10, 6 - 7:30 PM CDT (WED JUN 10, 6 - 7:30 PM CDT)

Explore best archival supplies and helpful resources for safely handling, reviewing and organizing physical family photos, documents and heirlooms. Discuss what to save, toss and/or possibly donate. Discuss local and online resources for family history research. Bring a friend or relative to encourage and support each other.

This is the first of three classes to be taken individually or as a series. Each session is a blend of presentation, group sharing and support, personalized consultation and coaching while taking active steps to preserve, organize and share your family memories and photos. $29/each session with inspiring handouts.

“Just as an archivist understands that not everything merits the time and expense of being cataloged, indexed and stored, a family historian must understand that not every inherited item or photo is worth holding on to.” Denise Levenick

COLLABORATION WITH ISD 191 & 196. REGISTRATION DEADLINE MONDAY, JUNE 8 @ 9 AM.
